Were we are

You can reach Lefkada by variety of ways. The most common way for the Greeks is to drive onto the island and comes across the 80m bridge which joins the island with the mainland of Aitoloakarnania.

 

By car

Lefkada is connected to Western Greece by the national road from Antirio to Ioannina. At Amfilochia junction we join the country road, 59km from Amfilochia to Lefkada. From northern Greece again it is on the national road Antirio to Ioannina. 5km before Arta there is a cross roads which you follow to Preveza and then through the underwater tunnel from Preveza to Aktio you come down to Lefkada.

From Igoumenitsa you come down to Preveza and then through the underwater tunnel from Preveza to Aktio you come down to Lefkada.

 

By plane

From Athens, Thessalonica or Crete (via Sitea) and from the other Ionian Islands (Corfu, Kefallonia and Zakynthos).

 

By sea

From Italy via Igoumenitsa follow the road down to Preveza and then through the underwater tunnel from Preveza to Aktio you come down to Lefkada via Kefallonia.
